Cheq is a one-time $9 CAD purchase that unlocks a spending report generated from a CSV you provide. It is a document tool, not a bank, accountant, or advisor.

Accuracy

Categories are guessed from merchant text. Interac e-Transfers are treated as transfers on purpose. You should still read the line items. Cheq is not responsible for tax filings or budgeting decisions made from the report.

Payment and refunds

Payment is collected by Stripe. The unlock lasts 24 hours on the device that completed Checkout, which is long enough to print or save a PDF. If Checkout charged you and the report failed to unlock, contact the operator with your Stripe receipt.

Acceptable use

Only upload files you are allowed to use. Do not attempt to bypass payment. Do not use Cheq to process other people's statements without permission.
